By accessing and using ArenaClash, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Account Registration and Security

You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Fair Play and Anti-Cheat Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, hacking, or any form of unfair advantage. Violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban. Our anti-cheat systems continuously monitor gameplay for suspicious activities.

Tournament Rules and Regulations

Participation in tournaments requires adherence to specific rules and regulations. Prize distributions, eligibility requirements, and tournament formats are subject to change. All tournament decisions are final.

Payment Terms and Refunds

All payments for premium services are processed securely. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused services, subject to our refund policy. Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament begins.

User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Users must maintain respectful behavior towards other players. Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior will result in penalties ranging from warnings to permanent bans. We strive to maintain a positive gaming environment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of ArenaClash are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time. Upon termination, access to premium features will cease immediately.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against ArenaClash.

Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13-18 require parental consent. Tournament participation may have additional age restrictions based on local laws.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
